Following momentum generated by “Make it in the Emirates,” Lab Hub Studios is strengthening its positioning within Dubai’s evolving food innovation and production landscape.

As hospitality brands increasingly seek locally produced concepts, the company continues to expand premium culinary solutions across regional hospitality markets. Partner Zeyneb Larabi plays an important role in shaping the studio’s creative vision through chef-led culinary development and commercially focused innovation. Moreover, the company reflects growing regional momentum surrounding food manufacturing, local sourcing and premium culinary production across hospitality industries.

Building culinary concepts in Dubai

Officially launched in 2025, the Dubai-based studio combines culinary creativity, production expertise and commercially focused development services for businesses.

Today, regional hospitality brands increasingly pursue customized concepts supporting faster production timelines, stronger storytelling and greater operational independence internationally.

“Lab Hub Studios was born from a simple belief: the UAE has the talent, ambition and infrastructure to create world-class food products locally. Our role is to help brands transform ideas into real products, from bespoke development to premium gifting, private label collections and scalable food concepts,” said Larabi.

Why hospitality brands are paying attention

The studio guides clients through concept development, recipe testing, costing, packaging support and efficient delivery processes.

Additionally, Lab Hub Studios supports chefs, hotels, cafes, retailers and corporate clients in developing products tailored for evolving regional markets. Furthermore, it encourages local sourcing opportunities through collaborations with UAE-based farms, suppliers, retailers and restaurateurs across the region. Consequently, the studio develops products inspired by regional culture, local ingredients and evolving global hospitality expectations.

“Made in the UAE is no longer only a label. It is becoming a statement of quality, creativity and confidence. Through Lab Hub Studios, we want to show that premium food products can be imagined, crafted and scaled from Dubai for local, regional and eventually international markets,” added Zeyneb Larabi.

The rise of locally made food innovation

Since its launch, the company has developed corporate gifting collections, private label products, retail concepts and regional event activations. Moreover, Lab Hub Studios continues to expand across hospitality and premium culinary manufacturing services in markets regionwide. However, executives believe growing consumer confidence in Emirati manufacturing is increasingly reshaping expectations across segments internationally ranging from hospitality and retail to luxury gifting.

As food security conversations accelerate regionally, Lab Hub Studios increasingly reflects Dubai’s growing ambitions surrounding innovative culinary manufacturing capabilities on a global scale.
