Jabal Omar Development Company (JODC), one of the leading real estate development companies in Saudi Arabia, announced that H Hospitality Collection (HHC), the hotel management company of Abu Dhabi Capital Group, has been selected to manage its new five-star hotel development in Makkah. The agreement marks H Hospitality Collection’s debut in the KSA.

HHC currently operates /asset manages five properties under the H (five-star hotel brand), Centreville (four-star lifestyle hotel brand) and Le Meridien brand. The company has presence in Dubai, Seychelles, Podgorica and Rabat and a strong pipeline to develop new projects for the upcoming years.

The hotel is part of Jabal Omar mega-development, with a total built-up area of over two million square meters, featuring residences, hotels, malls, retail amenities, prayer areas and other facilities.

H Hospitality Collection will manage the hotel which will have 650 rooms, three restaurants lounge, café, meeting rooms and a gym. The hotel will welcome its first guests by the beginning of 2020.
