Luca Crostelli appointed chef de cuisine of Vanitas restaurant Dubai

Palazzo Versace Dubai has appointed Luca Crostelli, as chef de cuisine of its signature Italian restaurant, Vanitas.

With over 20 years of international and Michelin-star experience under his belt, Crostelli has worked at numerous renowned restaurants.

Hailing from an Italian family of chefs and restaurateurs, Crostelli joined the Michelin-starred Casa Vissani in 2009 before working at Ristorante Enoteca Pinchiorri, another Michelin-starred restaurant, in 2012.

In 2014, the talented chef moved to Switzerland to join the Michelin-starred restaurant Il Lago at the Four Seasons Hotel Geneva. He took on a new project in 2016 alongside renowned Chef Saverio Sbaragli at Restaurant Tosca.

Crostelli moved to France in 2019 to begin a new chapter as chef de Cuisine at the seasonal fine-dining restaurant Dolceva at Pan Deï Palais Hotel in Saint Tropez. He was subsequently approached by M3 GROUPE to oversee the setup of M3 RESTAURANTS in Geneva.

In his new role as chef de cuisine at Vanitas, Crostelli is responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, as well as menu curation and development.

She is currently the Publications Executive of Hospitality News Middle East, Taste & Flavors and Lebanon Traveler. It is with ultimate devotion for her magazines that she demonstrates her hospitality savoir-faire.
