How did you reach where you are today?

I bring over 20 years of luxury hospitality experience as I join InterContinental Phoenicia Beirut as its general manager. Transitioning from my global roles, I bring a perspective shaped by experiences across Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia. In this role, I oversaw the development and opening of prestigious properties, fostering excellence in operations and guest services. Furthermore, each position further strengthened my understanding of diverse cultural environments, ensuring adaptability and meeting guest expectations consistently. This extensive experience enables me to lead Phoenicia Beirut in delivering exceptional experiences aligned with its heritage and Lebanon’s vibrancy.

What are the challenges you are facing and how do you plan to overcome them?
