“I joined Gates Hospitality in March 2020 and my first two months couldn’t have been any different from what I expected – it’s been a challenge but it’s also allowed me valuable time to get to know my team. Having the opportunity to belong in a great company and to develop a great restaurant into an even more successful, engaging environment, in an amazing city has always been one of my personal life goals. Through innovative marketing and enriching my team’s skills and knowledge, I look forward to continuing its legacy within the community. I will enjoy bringing a great buzz to the place whilst delivering exceptionally high standards and great sales through a much-supported team.”
