Marriott Marquis Dubai slated to open March 2024

West F5 Investments LLC has signed a franchise agreement with Marriott International to open the Marriott Marquis Dubai.

 

Opening in March 2024, the hotel and serviced apartments are part of the new destination’s first phase by Dubai Developments. The Marriott Marquis Dubai is an integral part of the Jewel of the Creek hospitality complex, managed by Aleph Hospitality. Furthermore, it will feature 770 hotel rooms, suites and serviced apartments in five modern towers, all offering stunning views of Dubai Creek.

When it opens, the Marriott Marquis Dubai will feature six dining options, meeting spaces, a business center, gym, spa and pools in every tower. In addition, the development will include a large retail area with a promenade on the Dubai Creek and a Marina with 85 berths

“We’re excited to open Marriott Marquis Dubai with Marriott International and Aleph Hospitality,” said Prem Gopalani, MD of West F5 Investments.

Jerome Briet, chief development officer (EMEA) at Marriott Int., expressed excitement about the Jewel of the Creek. Moreover, he said that Dubai’s appeal and demand drive Marriott’s portfolio expansion. Indeed, the group currently boasts over 50 operational properties.
