Marsa Alam Port Phoenice hotel set to open in 2025

Radisson Hotel Group is set to launch Marsa Alam Port Phoenice in Egypt, marking the group’s third brand in Egypt and first Radisson Collection property.


Scheduled to open in early 2025, the resort will be located in Port Phoenice on the Red Sea, a waterfront resort community that boasts luxury residents, golf estates, water activities, retail centers, hospitals, and schools. Easily accessible from Marsa Alam International Airport, the resort will feature 
294 rooms, including 20 suites, all carefully curated with a mix of Mediterranean and Italian architecture. In addition, Marsa Alam Port Phoenice with include dining venues — namely a lobby lounge, all-day dining restaurant, high-end specialty restaurant, beach restaurant and beach bar with sea views — entertainment facilities, boutique shopping, with cultural activities and lively nightlife located nearby.

Furthermore, the resort will have a fitness center, diving center, theater, kids’ club, several pools and direct access to the beach.

Radisson Hotel Group currently operates four hotels in Egypt situated in major cities such as Cairo, Alexandria, the Red Sea Riviera and El Quseir. Earlier this year, it announced the launch of the Radisson Individuals brand in Egypt, with the opening of Marina Resort Port Ghalib, a member of Radisson Individuals.
