SHG set to introduce Ammos Greek Restaurant, Azure Beach and RAISE

Ammos Greek Restaurant, Azure Beach, and RAISE Fitness & Wellness will be opening on Rixos Quetaifan Island, the exciting new tourist and resident oasis located north of Doha, in November 2023.

Commenting on the project, Antonio Gonzalez, CEO of Sunset Hospitality Group, said: “This next step marks another significant milestone in SHG’s expansion strategy, and we are very excited to collaborate with Rixos Quetaifan Island North Doha – already deemed a coastal hub for life and recreation, it’s SHG’s destination of choice for its family-friendly charm, sense of adventure and breathtaking sea views.”
Founded 11 years ago and present in 16 countries, Sunset Hospitality Group owns and operates a thriving portfolio of hospitality lifestyle brands and is continuing its international growth by expanding its footprint in Doha. Following the recent successes of Black Tap and Mood, which opened in Doha in 2022, the three additions are set to compliment Rixos Quetaifan Island, with each venue bringing something different while adopting the same SHG zest for life.
Initially launched in Dubai in 2016, SHG’s homegrown beach club concept Azure Beach is a beachside hangout for families and sun-seekers. The venue offers a relaxed pool ambience, a pristine beachfront and a menu rich in Asian flavors.
Ammos Greek Restaurant, on the other hand, is set to bring authentic Greek cuisine and hospitality to Doha, following successful operations in Dubai and Ibiza. The restaurant’s ethos is living for the moment and letting the natural array of flavors come to life.
Having launched on Dubai Jumeirah Islands in 2022, RAISE Fitness & Wellness caters to those seeking balanced living, physical exercise and community in a bright, simple yet elegant environment.
