Artsy restaurant Amaya opens in Dubai Mall

Amaya brings a different kind of experience to Dubai Mall, powered by art that fractures reality and creates engaging environments that connect with people.

Restaurateur Murat Tütüncü teamed up with international production expert Mohamed Ezzat, to bring diners and shoppers a unique culinary concept inspired by global art galleries.

Aiming to cater to all tastebuds with a fusion cuisine crafted with the finest sourced ingredients, diners can enjoy a modern flair from morning to evening. At night, the venue takes on a more subdued and darker atmosphere with DJs on deck, providing diners with two very different dining experiences.

The menu is curated by Murat Tütüncü, who is also the co-founder of Bosporus Dubai. The dishes highlight the vision of the founders aiming to cater to everyone’s tastebuds with a selection of versatile culinary experiences in one menu.

Amaya’s wide variety ranges from popular dishes such as earthy Truffle Pizza, and freshly made sushi to a wide range of premium meat cuts including Wagyu and a carefully curated selection of Hamachi, Carpaccio and Ceviche. For shisha lovers, Amaya prides itself on delivering only the best quality in town.

Amaya’s interior design is the work of contemporary artist Joseph Klibansky from the artwork on the walls to specially-curated art pieces.

Amaya offers today including 3 pillars powered by digital art which change through the day as the ambiance changes from day to tonight.

The art-forward venue offers guests the opportunity to capture Insta-worthy moments and a front-row seat to the majestic Burj Khalifa and the theatrical fountains.
