To celebrate the launch, Bidfood hosted an opulent event on September 27, 2023 at Bushra by Buddha Bar, Grosvenor House. The event, titled “Cheeseology: A Unique Story About Cheese,” powered by myBidfood captivated connoisseurs and cheese enthusiasts from across the world.

Guests were mesmerized by an exquisite four-course dinner, masterfully curated by the celebrated Michelin-star and Green Michelin-star chef Mathieu Perou, alongside three mouth-watering cheese activations and eye-long cheese tables mastered by Francois Robin, one of 27 cheesemongers in the world.

During the event, Perou’s culinary artistry coupled with Robin’s vast knowledge of cheese left guests spellbound as they savoured each meticulously prepared dish. The menu featured the finest ingredients, including a selection of specialty cheeses, expertly curated by Robin.

This new range is designed to cater to the palates of cheese connoisseurs, guaranteeing that every aficionado of fine cheeses will find their ideal selection.
