Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai is set to open in early 2025 as part of the UK-based hospitality company’s regional expansion.

Moreover, the opening in 2025 will feature 150 luxury hotel apartments. This includes studios, one-and two-bedroom units, in addition two royal suites.

Key milestone expansion

Mohammed S Alawadhi, managing director of Cheval Collection, said: “We are anticipating the same success from our upcoming opening in Dubai’s Expo City. Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai embodies the brand’s essence: strategic location, luxury accommodation, fitness facilities, dining options and convenient transport links. The property will feature a rooftop pool, meetings and events spaces as well as a restaurant and bar, brasserie and coffee shop.

Currently, Cheval Collection manages 800 luxury apartments spread across 13 properties located in London, Edinburgh and Dubai.

Additionally, the opening marks a significant milestone in the collection’s expansion efforts. This reaffirms their dedication to providing unparalleled luxury hospitality experiences in the region.
