SIAL Paris is set to celebrate its 60th anniversary at Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center from October 19-23, 2024.

With a history spanning six decades, SIAL Paris has become a key industry event. The trade show brings together professionals in the food sector to explore the latest trends and advancements.

Audrey Ashworth, director of SIAL Paris, shared her excitement for this year’s edition, stating: “Since its inception 60 years ago, SIAL Paris has been a pivotal hub for networking, knowledge exchange and business development. This year, we commit to delivering a vibrant, engaging, and reflective experience that embodies the dynamic food industry.”

Additionally, SIAL Paris 2024 will reveal a revamped visual identity, encapsulating the event’s energy and innovation essence. Attendees can expect a dynamic program featuring special events, thematic zones and engaging activities designed to enhance the overall experience.

This year’s edition of SIAL Paris will embrace a dual focus on reflection and anticipation. The event will reflect six decades of industry evolution while envisioning the future of food. Under the theme “Own The Change,” the event will champion collective action towards addressing global food challenges.

“Embracing change is paramount in shaping the future of food,” said Ashworth. “SIAL Paris is committed to showcasing sustainability initiatives, fostering innovation, and driving meaningful conversations that propel our industry forward.”
