The 45th international trade show of artisan gelato, pastry, bakery and the coffee world, SIGEP, is taking place from January 20-24, 2024, at the Rimini Expo Centre in Italy.

SIGEP stands out as the premier B2B event dedicated to the dolce foodservice industry. Moreover, over the course of its long history, SIGEP has solidified its international reputation as the go-to event. Furthermore, it encompasses everything new in the industry, ranging from raw materials and ingredients to cutting-edge equipment, technologies, furnishings, packaging, and services.

Spanning five days, the trade show is a place for professionals to meet and connect, as well as providing a platform for presentations and competitions.

Gelato World Cup 2024

The world’s foremost international gelato team competition is making a return. Additionally, held every two years, this event brings together professionals in gelato, pastry, chocolate, and ice sculpture from across the globe. Taking place from  January 20 to January 22, the Gelato World Cup is being held in the Gelato Arena.

Juniors’ Pastry World Cup

An exclusive event targeting emerging talents under the age of 23, this championship provides a valuable educational opportunity. Furthermore, the theme for the competition is myths and legends.
