Qiddiya Motorsport Hotel to open in KSA

Qiddiya Speed City has unveiled plans for the Qiddiya Motorsport Hotel, set to redefine luxury racing hospitality ahead of its opening in 2034.

The hotel will be located within the Qiddiya master plan near Riyadh, positioning it as a central destination for motorsport enthusiasts. It will feature a striking main tower rising up to 136 meters, creating a distinctive architectural landmark within Speed City.

The property will comprise 257 hotel rooms and 65 residential apartments, offering both short-stay and long-term accommodation options. Spanning more than 65,000 square meters, the project will deliver an integrated hospitality destination aligned with Qiddiya’s entertainment-driven ecosystem. Furthermore, the hotel will offer direct views onto the speedway, immersing guests in high-energy racing experiences throughout their stay. Additionally, guests will benefit from premium hospitality services, combining luxury accommodations with motorsport-inspired experiences tailored to diverse traveler segments. The residences will provide exclusive living options, allowing residents to access hotel services within a dynamic and immersive environment.

The Qiddiya Motorsport Hotel reflects ongoing development momentum within Qiddiya, aligning with long-term strategies aimed at driving tourism growth. It is expected to become a flagship property within Speed City, setting new benchmarks for experiential hospitality centered around motorsport.
