Three new international concepts in the Middle East

From Milan to to Peru, internationally inspired restaurant concepts are popping up all over the Middle East. The region still demands new restaurant concepts that redefine how we think about food and push established brands to reinvent themselves. Here are three of the latest openings in Dubai, Kuwait and Cairo. 

TBK opens in Dubai’s Galleria Mall

The new TBK restaurant offers casual Italian-American-inspired chic dining experience at  the galleria mall. TBK is from the team behind The Boutique Kitchen, which offers authentic American comfort food in Dubai and Asma restaurant which offers a unique Middle Eastern experience influenced by the rich flavors of the Middle East presented in a contemporary approach. Chef Adriano Molli heads TBK kitchen, so if you’ve been to the popular Marylebone restaurant Chiltern Firehouse you’re going to want to check this spot out too.

Millennium Hotel & Convention Centre Kuwait Launches El. Publico

El. Publico

Millennium Hotel & Convention Centre, the 5-star luxury hotel located at the heart of Kuwait city, has announced the opening of El. Publico, the first restaurant in Kuwait that blends the cooking ways of the great three south American cuisines, Peruvian, Chilean and Brazilian, into the richest spread. Led by the Head Chef Bruno Ambar, this venue offers an exceptional variety of the finest delicacies of the South American cuisines such as the famous Brazilian churrascaria, where meat is cooked in churrasco style, roasted over charcoal, which translates roughly from the Portuguese word for “barbecue”. The Head Chef Bruno Ambar  has built his successful career by accepting sensational assignments at various international restaurants in his early years, and he has now joined Millennium Hotel and Convention Centre – Kuwait to lead the kitchen of the few South American Restaurant in Kuwait, the El. Publico.
