The InterContinental Doha recently welcomed Elie Saliba as its new resident manager, where he will be overseeing the overall operations of the hotel, including food & beverage, Spa InterContinental, and residences.

Saliba started his career with InterContinental Hotels Group in 2002 and brings with him more than 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including directing a team of 500 employees in food preparation and service delivery, planning and coordinating training, maintaining operational excellence, and working with franchising management.

Prior to joining InterContinental Doha, he was the food and beverage director at InterContinental Jordan – Amman, where he successfully led the expansive F&B operation for two and a half years, and launched a countrywide loyalty program for IHG hotels in Jordan, which resulted a high level of guest satisfaction and customer loyalty.
