Karolina Paliszewska appointed new multi-property GM of Delta Hotels

Delta Hotels by Marriott Jumeirah Beach has appointed Karolina Paliszewska as its multi-property general manager. In her new role, Paliszewska will oversee all operations and facilities at three key Marriott properties, including Delta Hotels by Marriott Jumeriah Beach, Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road and Four Points by Sheraton Downtown Dubai.

Commenting on her new appointment, Paliszewska stated: “I am excited to be taking on my first multi-property general manager role. I strongly believe in putting people first culture, which is the heart of any successful organization and look forward to creating memorable experiences for our guests and for each other.”
Paliszewska kickstarted her hospitality career over two decades ago at the Warsaw Marriott Hotel in Poland, assuming the role of director of events. She then moved on to become the director of restaurants at JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel, where she effectively managed restaurants and spearheaded the pre-opening of additional restaurants.

In 2010, Paliszewska moved to the Middle East and was appointed director of food and beverage at the Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach and moved back to her hometown to assume the position of Director of Rooms Operation at the Warsaw Marriott Hotel in 2016.
In 2018, she made her way back to the UAE as the hotel manager of Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City and signed off as the general manager of Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection as she took on her latest endeavor with the Marriott Group.
The four-star hotel, located in Jumeirah Beach, offers comfort and accessibility as well as a substantial range of eateries, such as the Australian Jones the Grocer, American Speakeasy and the Brazilian Churassco, Foguiera.
