Raffles Trojena slated to debut in 2027

Trojena is a year-round mountain destination located in northwestern Saudi Arabia.

Slated to open in 2027, Raffles Trojena will reimagine mountainside hospitality. Furthermore, it will offer guests unprecedented access to discover and explore the region’s incomparable beauty.

 Omer Acar, CEO of Raffles Hotels & Resorts, voiced his excitement. He said: “We are thrilled to collaborate with NEOM on the creation of Raffles Trojena. Furthermore, this mountainside retreat continues the Raffles legacy of growing in the world’s most compelling destinations, thus providing guests with an opportunity to ignite their passions through highly personalized service and experiences.”

Unique design and luxurious amenities

Raffles Trojena features a unique and striking ring-shaped design, providing stunning scenic views of the surrounding destination from every vantage point. Furthermore, Raffles Trojena will feature 105 guest rooms. Moreover, circular zones and meticulously landscaped gardens on the ground level will encourage exploration and discovery. In addition, the roof, composed of a variety of circular apertures, allows for ample natural light. The Raffles resort will celebrate renowned hospitality, including legendary butler service, exceptional cuisine and a focus on arts and culture.

Redefining luxury hospitality

Philip Gullett, executive director and Trojena region head, stated: “Trojena is set to redefine the understanding of luxury hospitality and mountain tourism. Furthermore, Raffles Trojena will serve as a beacon of luxury in Saudi Arabia’s first year-round mountain and adventure destination.”

Partnership with NEOM Hotel Division

The newest hospitality brand to partner with NEOM Hotel Division, Raffles Trojena will be located in the Discover cluster. It is one of six distinct clusters that make up the mountain destination. The Discover cluster includes the Discovery Tower, an elegant and monumental high-rise tower with an open-air museum. In addition to the Observatory, a peak panoramic viewpoint featuring Trojena’s views and landscape, as well as the Cosmic Gate, a stargazing camp and pioneering astronomical park.

 

Several giga-projects are currently shaping NEOM, positioning it to serve as a new model for sustainable living.
