RAK National Hotels LLC (RAKNH) has added the 300-key Marjan Island Resort & Spa from Manazil Group to its portfolio of hospitality and leisure assets.
Setting new global benchmarks for design and premium luxury experiences, Wynn Resorts is poised to introduce its highly anticipated resort on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. This visionary project draws inspiration from the mesmerizing views of the Arabian Gulf, encapsulating a harmonious blend of tranquility and grandeur. The forthcoming multibillion-dollar integrated resort, known as Wynn Al Marjan Island, signifies a pivotal milestone for Wynn Resorts in the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region.
Marjan has welcomed the celebrated Nobu Hospitality to the emirate of Ras el Khaimah on its flagship Al Marjan Island. This follows the signing with Enevoria Development, who recently acquired a beachfront plot on Al Marjan Island, to build the luxury Nobu hotel and branded residences and the famous Nobu restaurant.
The signings are expected to enhance the company’s footprint in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, with the addition of over 700 rooms.
Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH), a hotels, catering, tours and transportation operator, has acquired a prime plot on Al Marjan Island to develop an AED 1 billion luxury resort, with 1,000 rooms spread over 1 million square feet overlooking the Arabian Gulf.
The resort is part of RAK Properties’ strategy aiming to transform the emirate’s tourism sector into an engine for economic growth.
