TVM alcohol-free bar expands in the Middle East

The Virgin Mary (TVM) Collective, named after the world’s famous alcohol-free cocktail Virgin Mary, is at the forefront of a socializing revolution as the world’s first luxury wellbeing bar group dedicated to inspiring people to “drink differently.”

The innovative concept of the alcohol-free bar was first launched in Ireland back in 2019. The second branch, TVM Abu Dhabi, was later opened in November 2021, while a third is slated to open in Riyadh by September 2022.

TVM Abu Dhabi is a franchise partnership with MBT Restaurant Management. A first of its kind in the Middle East, TVM’s innovative cocktail bar is a standout feature in The Galleria Al Maryah Island, home to an array of top-tier recognized brands, independent retailers and international cuisine restaurants. It has secured its position as a hip spot thanks to its mood-boosting alcohol-free cocktails, great cuisine and exhilarating atmosphere.

With its sights on Saudi Arabia and even Qatar, as well as three of its own mood-boosting healthy drinks, TVM has big plans.

Her passion for the performance arts and writing, started early. At 10 years old she was praised for her solo performance of the Beatles song “All My Love” accompanied by a guitarist, and was approached by a French talent scout during her school play. Fresh out of school, she became a freelance journalist for Noun Magazine and was awarded the Silver Award Cup for Outstanding Poetry, by The International Library of Poetry (Washington DC). She studied Business Management and earned a Masters degree from Saint Joseph University (USJ), her thesis was published in the Proche-Orient, Études en Management book. She then pursued a career in the hospitality industry but didn’t give up writing, that is why she launched the Four Points by Sheraton Le Verdun Newsletter. Her love for the industry and journalism led her to Hospitality Services - the organizers of the HORECA trade show in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Jordan, as well as Salon Du Chocolat, Beirut Cooking Festival, Whisky Live and other regional shows.
