A special talk, co-organized by Hospitality News Middle East and Hodema Consulting Services, was held on April 25 at HORECA Lebanon to reveal what 2023 holds for the country’s tourism industry. The session brought together leading industry figures to discuss the current situation and market projections for the upcoming summer tourist season. The panelists included: H.E. Walid Nassar, Lebanon’s Minister of Tourism; Marwan Haber, head of sales and marketing at Middle East Airlines Airliban; Pierre Achkar, president of both the Federation for Tourism Industries and the Lebanese Hotel Association; Jean Beyrouthy, president of Syndicate of Balnear Tourist Establishments in Lebanon; and Tony Ramy, President of Syndicate of Owners of Restaurants, Cafés, Night Clubs and Pastries in Lebanon.
