Café BRIX Dubai set to open in September

The Lab Holding has announced the group’s newest addition, Café BRIX, which is set to open in September at the idyllic Jumeirah Fishing Harbour Dubai.

The new café will serve wholesome all-day breakfasts as well as indulgent desserts, including cakes, tarts and other confectionery, all made with the highest quality ingredients and created to pair perfectly with the café’s specialty coffee and refreshing beverage options.
Led by world-class chocolatier, head pastry chef Carmen Rueda Hernández, the kitchen at Café BRIX promises a menu that reflects the chef’s passion for beautiful and flavorful dishes.
Commenting on the opening, Hernández stated: “We are thrilled to be bringing Cafe BRIX to Jumeirah Fishing Harbour. Our goal is to create a warm and inviting atmosphere where our guests can enjoy delicious breakfast and lunch dishes, plus desserts while taking in the beautiful sights of the harbor. We believe that every meal should be a memorable experience, and that’s what we’re striving to create at Cafe BRIX. We can’t wait to welcome our guests and share our love of food with the Jumeirah community.”
